1.Operating Parameters

----Rated frequency: The operating range of the frequency that our fan can withstand is 40-60Hz;
---- Ambient temperature: With the season change, the fan can be started frequently and rated at -30 °C. The maximum inlet gas temperature of the fan can not exceed 53 °C for a long time, or the maximum length of 150 °C should not exceed 5 minutes. If the limit is exceeded, Must check the damage of the fan and contact us after sales;
----The fan should try to avoid running in unstable areas, otherwise it will lead to stall surge and system equipment failure and damage. The area can be found on the characteristic curve;
---- Fans must not be started and operated under conditions such as freezing, jamming, impeller reversal, corrosion, explosion, and concentration of dusty gas.
----Elevation: no more than 1000 meters

 

2. Working Principle

The motor is driven by the shaft to drive the impeller to rotate at a high speed. The impeller blades work on the air flow inside the drum. The vortex suction in the middle of the synchronous backward tilting impeller forms convection. The high-speed rotation of the impeller is carried out from the central part of the Q-type wind drum. Out of the wind, the working angle and height of the blade can be adjusted steplessly. The motor shaft power matches the impeller size variation, thereby changing the air volume and wind pressure to meet the changing requirements of the working conditions. The pipe is not installed with the air outlet, and the centrifugal wind speed is not attenuated. The wind speed is accompanied by the wind pressure, acting on the surface of the car, pressing off the surface water stains, plus a certain evaporation effect, so that the surface water stain of the automobile is blown dry, and the wind blower shape is a reverse cone shape, which can cover a certain area of the car and finally play Air drying effect.

 

3. Main Components

4.Installation
----Conventional gantry type car washing machine, the number of installation fans is 4, and No. 1/2/3/4 fans are installed side by side;
----Select the appropriate beam (angle or square steel), the load can be balanced >200kg, the effective length of the beam is ≥2.6m, and the width is optional according to the motor base;
----The overall installation form is very simple, the fan motor base is directly horizontal on the beam. The distance between the fans is 20mm, which is the best (depending on the customer's needs, the spacing is appropriately increased). According to the size of the mounting hole of the motor base, select the appropriate screw and directly lock it on the hanging beam;
---- Installation height of the fan: The outlet of the fan is 2.2-2.7m from the ground, which is the best, and can be raised or lowered according to the actual car wash group of the customer;
---- Installation angle: No. 1 / No. 4 can be installed in the direction of 15 °, the No. 2 / No. 3 machine can be installed in a straight line, or can be adjusted to the left and right by 5 °;
